Architectural technologist
JW Architects is looking for an experienced architectural technologist for a permanent position based in our Beaconsfield office.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering projects from design to completion. Duties will include hands-on production of designs, technical working drawings, tenders and specifications.
You will be working on contemporary new builds and refurbishment projects, as well as other fantastic projects we have on the drawing board.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate an extensive understanding of the design process, materials, construction processes, systems and techniques. Experience in contract documents and construction administration is expected, plus past experience with private residential projects is essential.

Skill base:
- capable of producing contemporary working drawings
- full experience with UK building regulations
- NBS specification writing
- computer skills: AutoCAD is essential, knowledge of BIM Revit would be a bonus.
