The studio located in Bangalore, India, comprises of a multicultural, diversely qualified team drawn from the best architecture and design schools in the world. We are a young team, driven by integrity, differentiated by originality and bound by the love of design. Our head of design is Federico Fraternale, a product designer by training and winner of multiple international design awards, from the school of Politecnico di Milano. Federico leads the design team, providing vision and standards that make Restore a preferred design studio to work with.
Job description:
- we are looking to hire an experienced lead designer who can manage all phases of interiors projects and lead multiple complex projects at the same time
- lead a team of architects, interior designers, visual merchandisers and product designers, to deliver projects on-time, within the scope and within budget
- be responsible for the overall projects – from developing overall design concepts with the team, supervising finished plan generation and specifications, overseeing material selections and other detailing, till site handover
- manage and grow client relationships
- coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- develop detailed project plans with the team, to monitor and track progress, and report to head of design and the company director

Qualifications:
- a masters degree in architecture or design
- a minimum of six-eight years of design work experience in the field
- knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, colour selections, and specifications
- experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
- proficiency in English
