Part 1/Part 2 architectural Assistant
at Daylesford
Daylesford is seeking a Part 1/Part 2 architectural assistant to join its office based in Kingham on its Cotswolds farm in the UK.
The successful candidate will assist on a wide range of interesting projects from concept to completion.
Essential requirements:
- excellent design skills together with a passion for architecture
- strong AutoCAD experience and hand sketch skills
- strong SketchUp experience
- good presentation skills and knowledge of the Adobe software suite
- good communication skills; in writing, drawing and in person
- the successful candidate will be confident, friendly and efficient
- enthusiastic about working as part of a dynamic and energetic team, happy to assist wherever required
- understanding of construction and standards in the UK
Applicants need to be local to the office (i.e. within about 30 miles) and have the use of a car. We are offering an initial three to six months contract with potential to be extended.
