Part 1/2 architectural assistant

Tigg + Coll is hiring a Part 1/2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Tigg + Coll is looking for talented Part 1 and/or Part 2 architectural assistant with exceptional design and 3D modelling skills to join its ambitious and award-winning practice.
We are a west London based design-led practice with a string team ethos and an expanding portfolio incorporating private sector housing developments, co-living and student interiors and private residential projects. The studio was shortlisted for BD Young Architect of the Year, a RIBA regional award and the Sunday Times Housing Awards.
We can offer excellent experience at all work stages including a number of projects currently under construction or about to be on site.
Ideally you will be:
- super creative
- highly skilled at producing high-quality 3D visualisations (SketchUp/ Rhino/V-Ray or other similar software)
- good at working independently and a proactive attitude
- have excellent communication and presentation skills
- fluent in 2D CAD software (Vectorworks or Autocad), Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- knowledge of Revit (BIM) preferable but not essential
- have at least a basic knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA stages of work
- eligible to work in the UK
