We have a fantastic career opportunity available for a talented and ambitious Part 3 project architect with seven-plus years’ post-qualification experience in our London office.

The business has grown 100% year-on-year for the past two years and is looking for the next partner to help drive the business forward to deliver more fantastic homes in London and the home counties.

We specialise in high-end extensions, house transformations, bespoke new-build houses, conversions, and small scale developments from £250k contracts to circa. £3m.

About you

You will need to demonstrate the following:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with seven-plus years’ PQE
  • excellent residential experience is a must
  • experience of working with private homeowner clients and developments up to 30 units
  • demonstrable experience of leading projects from feasibility through planning and to delivery
  • strong design, technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills, full proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD,
  • Photoshop and SketchUp skills are essential
  • experience of running design and technical reviews
  • be commercially savvy
  • excellent understanding of current UK planning and building regulations
  • ability to  lead and manage teams effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to plan and strong organisational skills
