Willmore Iles Architects is looking for an architect to join its team in Bristol, UK.
Willmore Iles Architects is seeking an architect with three years’ minimum post Part 3 experience in the high-end private residential sector, to provide a one-year maternity cover.
Applicants should be able to show experience of residential masterplanning, developing a brief with a client and concept design development.
Applicants should also demonstrate the ability to work through technical issues, across all RIBA work stages and have a good knowledge of UK building regulations. The job will entail liaising with clients, consultants, planners and the construction team so you should be confident, professional, friendly and a good team-worker.
Our office uses Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, InDesign, Photoshop and VRay.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate project experience of Revit and AutoCAD. We are looking for good writing skills and fluency in speaking and writing english will be required. The right applicant will be organised, enthusiastic, and a team player.
The position is full-time and is based from our Bristol office. We are looking for someone who is able to work remotely for the next three to six months, but with the potential of being office based thereafter.
