Alpha Kilo is currently looking for a press officer to join its growing London office.
The scope is listed below, but there is a lot of opportunity to grow.
- manage client media and distribution lists, tracking media coverage and keeping track of pitches and prospective coverage
- create and manage client editorial calendars, continually looking for opportunities to pitch clients
- support with press events when needed, including organizing the event brief, securing vendors, managing RSVPs, set up, and check in
- create supporting documents as needed – briefing notes, travel itineraries, event briefs, meeting notes, etc.
- manage other client needs as they come up
- generally provide needed support – with admin tasks and press – for the team
