FRAME Recruitment is seeking a conservation architect to work at CAD Architects in Truro, Cornwall.
CAD Architects is working exclusively with FRAME Recruitment to recruit a Part 3-qualified conservation architect to join its proactive, progressive and client-focused practice in Truro, Cornwall.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as an architect with listed buildings, conceptualising design, completing Heritage Impact Assessments, and submitting listed building and planning applications.
In this client-focused role, you will be expected to take on briefs within the framework of constraints imposed by the significance of the heritage asset, whilst you will also be comfortable negotiating with conservation and planning officers, whilst managing the planning process.
It is highly desirable that you are accredited with AABC, IHBC, or RIBA Conservation Register and have at least two years of post-qualification experience. Experience completing Heritage Impact Assessments is essential.
The role will be based in the Truro office and a relocation package will be made available for the successful candidate.
