Part 2/3 architectural assistant

Designscape Consultancy is looking for a design-focused Part 2/3 architectural assistant to join its growing team in Kent, UK.
You will be given the opportunity to work on both small and large scale residential projects within the South East and London. You will be joining a friendly, creative team to develop designs through RIBA Stages 0 to 6.
A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is essential, and experience of Revit in a working environment is preferred. The role requires design skills, good written and spoken communication skills, with experience in both design and technical stages and knowledge of British building regulations. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- a minimum of 18 months’ work experience in a UK architectural practice, with experience in both design/planning and technical packages
- Part 2 or equivalent architectural degree
- proficient in Autocad and experience and knowledge in Revit is preferred
