Pardon Chambers Architects is seeking an architectural assistant to join its team in London or Hertfordshire.
Based in London and Hertfordshire we are a RIBA chartered practice with an expanding but variable workload. Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive architectural assistant with one to three years’ post-Part 2 experience working in an office. Initially the contract will be three months and we hope this will be extended if our workload continues to increase.
You will principally be helping to produce technical information for residential projects in London and Hertfordshire, but we also have a growing portfolio of fit-out work as well as community projects and other commercial work.
Tasks will include:
- production of Stage 4 information for residential, community and commercial projects including drawings and specifications suitable for tender, building regulations submission and tender
- associated coordination of structure and services
- preparation of 3D renderings
- planning and listed building applications
- production of Stage 2/3 information, for planning etc, coordinating project information
Pay will be dependent on experience but will be commensurate with the RIBA appointments salary survey
