VMI Studio is seeking a senior project manager to join its team in London.

We’re looking for a senior project manager to join the team to be our client interface, managing high-level projects coming in and pulling together teams of CGI artists and interactive designers to create beautiful work.
Where your expertise are needed:
- autonomously manage client projects by pulling in the right resources within the team on the right timeframe, setting up regular internal and external approval processes to ensure great work is delivered on time and on budget
- monitor creative execution and performance by the team against briefings and client needs in order to optimize content delivery for clients
- collaborate with multiple teams e.g. client stakeholders, interior designers,
photographers, CGI artists, interactive creatives, web developers in order to understand client needs and support in the planning and execution of projects - actively provide feedback and suggest improvements to processes & creative outputs – uphold the bar for creative excellence with a strong attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
- at least five years’ project management/account experience, preferably within a design, architecture or creative agency
- you have a track record of managing and delivering creative work to clients
- you know how to prioritise and manage workloads across multiple projects
- excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team and open to continuous change
- strong visual eye and attention to detail, preferably with an interest in design and/or architecture
- interested in latest developments and trends within creative technology – finding new developments within tech and creative communications excites you
- strong in managing expectations of the parties involved and you stay cool, calm and collected even when the going gets tough
- hands-on mentality and thriving to find the best solution in the shortest possible time
