Mur Mur Lab is seeking a material specialist to join its team in Shanghai.

Job description

Establishment for material lab materials connect architecture drawings and constructions, and materials are closely related to the core issues of architecture such as construction, experience, and scale. In addition, materials connect supply, cost and construction, it is an important link to ensure the quality of the project.

• the applicant needs to sort out and screen the current material samples of the studio and establish contact manuals
• the applicant needs integrate drawings, construction, supply, and cost into the ongoing project and ultimately further expand the research documentation of the material lab
• the applicant needs to sort out and screen the current soft installation materials of the studio and form resultant documents
• the applicant needs cooperate with the technical supervisor to connect the drawings and site stages of different projects and have the ability to draw independently, connect with other specialities and deal with site problems independently within a period of time
• the applicant needs involve in the concept stage and provide professional support in material ideas, technical feasibility and soft decoration for new projects in combination with design concepts
