Job description

Responsible for developing market and maintaining customer relationship. Negotiate projects and sign contracts. Follow up the project progress and follow up the payment. Strong PR and contract negotiation skills. Master design market information, able to establish a good cooperative relationship with partner. Have a certain customer channel. Responsible for project tendering and bidding related work. Familiar with design bidding process. Have good professional ethics and accomplishment.

• the applicant needs background about architecture, marketing and sales or related majors
• the applicant who have architectural design projects or related resources are preferred
• the applicant needs proficient in business public relations, keen judgment of market development and strong ability of market development.Good negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills
• the applicant needs two to three years of market operation and management experience in architectural design and real estate industry, familiar with market development, brand planning, business contact and other work contents
• the applicant needs proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software
