Jo Cowen Architects is seeking a senior architect with multi-unit residential experience to join its team in London.
Jo Cowen Architects is an award winning architectural practice with an experienced team of architects, designers, masterplanners and placemakers based in Chelsea, London. We are looking for a senior architect with experience in the mixed use multi-unit residential schemes who wants to be part of our busy & expanding team. We are seeking long term team members who want to grow within our studio. A passion for sustainability is essential.
Skills required:
- minimum five years post Part 2 experience
- UK based experience required
- client facing position, therefore good communication skills are essential
- ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Revit preferable, not essential
- thorough understanding of Building Regs, efficiency, placemaking and planning is key
Salary level will be dependent on experience of the applicant.
