TLA Studio is seeking Part 2/3 architects to join its team in London.
About us
We are a small, busy, friendly, creative RIBA chartered multidisciplinary design practice with a varied portfolio of high-end residential projects located in London, the UK and abroad.
We are seeking a proactive RIBA Part 3 with a minimum of two years’ experience with plenty of on-site experience in residential or Part 2 with at least three years UK experience to join our award-winning practice on a full-time basis.
Qualifications, qualities and experience:
- Part 3 requires a minimum two years’ experience in the UK working on high quality projects as a project architect
- Part 2 architects must have a minimum of three years’ working in the UK
- progress projects through all RIBA work stages, often involving listed historic buildings
- have comprehensive knowledge and enthusiasm for both contemporary and classical detailing and technique
- extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants
- be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp with outstanding design and technical capabilities
- ability to prepare drawing packages for planning through to tender and construction stages.
- excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- have client facing experience
- good knowledge of contract administration and procurement
- good knowledge and love of external detailing
- a strong work ethic
- friendly and personable
Interviews will take place first week of June with a view to starting the role, as soon as possible.
