Woods Bagot is seeking a global design champion to join its team in Sydney, Australia.
About the role
We have a unique opportunity for a driven and motivated individual, to work alongside our global design director and CEO, to champion and instil the ethos and rigour of the global studio’s design culture throughout the global studio.
This newly created role comes with a high level of responsibility as the right hand to the global design director. You will interface with regional design leaders to ensure best design opportunities are identified early and set on a path to design excellence through regular tracking, reviews and documenting feedback and actions for the global design leader.
The role will bridge the gap between highly creative design thoughts and concepts and the regulatory review and reporting requirements of achieving optimal outcomes, so an appreciation of systems and process is essential.
About you
This diverse role will suit someone who can collaborate with our architectural design teams and business professionals alike, with a variety of deliverables and responsibilities, and drawing on your project and people management abilities.
This role will suit a highly meticulous creative professional with an eye for design and detail, who can lead and motivate the global design team to work to best practice and elevate review culture.
You will be confident with InDesign and your graphic abilities, to produce reports and documents as required.
