WeWantMore is seeking a senior interior architect to join its team in Antwerp, Belgium.

We create brands and spaces that make people feel. We are recruiting a senior hospitality designer whose principal role will be to lead design trajectories for impactful hospitality projects in close collaboration with the Creative Director. You’ll have a senior role in our expanding design team working with local and global Hotel and F&B groups. You’ll have a client-facing position and you’ll take a lead role on projects from the conceptual story, over the design, till the pre-production phase, working together with the client service, design, technical and project management team. You’ll infuse your hospitality knowledge into the entire design team.

About you:

• you have exceptional and proven design skills in hospitality (eight years)
• you have a passion for design and hospitality design in particular
• you’re not afraid of looking at things differently and challenging the status quo
• you are a strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• you have experience in leading a project from A-Z and you’re highly organised
• defining the right FF&E gives you energy
• you have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in team
• you know your programmes: Sketch-up (Enscape), Vectorworks/ Autocad, Adobe creative suite, etc
• you know what it takes to render a project on a photorealistic level
• you understand that every design should fit a budget

Responsibilities
Develop the creative concept of a project
Spatial design of the project with the team in all its details
Guide junior and mid designers to develop the design
Present the project to the client in all stages
Create and approve FF&E listings of the project
Keep an eye on the budget and timings while developing the design
Brief the internal and external production team
Concept control on site
