Contemporary Design Solutions is seeking an experienced architect to join its team in Ibiza, Spain.
Developer/builder based in London working on a contemporary residential project in Ibiza. We require an enthusiastic individual with innovative design flair and an eye for detail, with interiors experience. Job running and site experience is essential as well as planning applications and building regulations for project situated in Ibiza, Spain. Candidates must be based in Ibiza.
Required skills:
- minimum of five years’ experience as architect
- excellent communication skills
- fluent in Spanish and English
- proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhinoceros, Adobe design and visualisation software
Desirable skills:
- parametric design and complex/organic modelling
Salary: €30,000, can vary according to experience
