Project architect /manager

Cavaleri Partnership is seeking project architects/managers with experience in running projects to join its team in Cambridge, UK.
For this role you need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
- management of teams internally and externally
- ability to work independently, be self-motivated and motivate others
- initiative to take ownership for your work and drive processes to ensure results
- initiative to anticipate actions, be proactive and promote proactivity among teams
- flexibility in the face of changing environments and project conditions
- knowledge of JCT contracts, appointments and legal agreements
- excellent technical knowledge
- good understanding of the planning system
- AutoCAD & ArchiCAD (training can be provided)
- BIM knowledge would be desirable (training can be provided)
- production and management of integrated project programmes from conception to completion to meet milestones
- commitment to delivering high-quality projects
- drive to learn
- ability to work remotely and be mobile in accordance with the needs of the business/projects
