Coffey Architects is seeking an experienced residential project architect to join its team in London.
Coffey Architects are a design led practice located in Clerkenwell, London.
We are seeking an ambitious experienced residential project architect to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previously designed and delivered multiple residential projects.
Requirements:
- strong conceptual, graphic and design talent
- confidence in working in a complex yet creative environment
- curiosity
- one to five years’ post Part 3 industry experience
- good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- proven track record of coordinating design processes for small to medium scale residential projects through RIBA Stages 0-5
- good knowledge of UK housing regulations
Strong SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills (experience with BIM and Revit is an asset)
