Arup is offering a degree apprenticeship – level 7 architecture at its office in London.
Are you interested in a career in architecture?
Right now, we’re looking for a well-motivated and creative Part 1 graduate who is keen to become a Level 7 architectural apprentice. Our apprenticeships allow you to study for your Part 2 and Part 3 qualification while working and learning alongside our team of architects. You’ll study at a local University whilst working on interesting and varied projects, combining your learning experience with real responsibilities in the workplace. A dedicated mentor and our learning and development team will guide you through your personal and professional development.
About you:
- a bachelors degree in architecture (2.1 or above)
- excellent design flair with both creative and analytical skills
- excellent knowledge of relevant CAD software applications such as AutoCAD, Microstation or Revit and 3D visualisation software such as Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop or Lumion
- the ability to use Grasshopper or code in Python or similar (desired but not essential)
- the ability to draw by hand (desired but not essential)
- a passion for learning new skills and working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment
