Hayward Smart Architects are looking for a talented and motivated architect with at least three years’ experience post RIBA Part 3, or an experienced architectural technologist, to work in our busy office in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire.
Working on high end residential and commercial projects, we are looking for a team player with design sensibility and strong technical ability who is able to take a project from inception to completion. A good knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations requirements is critical, along with confidence to oversee the construction phases of projects and administer a building contract.
Experience with Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Design Suite is important, alongside strong drawn, written and verbal communication skills.
