Richard John Andrews is seeking a studio manager to join its team in London.

Richard John Andrews is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and organised studio manager to help his emerging architecture and design studio thrive coming into the launch of his first studio location and coworking space in Forest Gate, London, E7.

The successful applicant will need to be experienced and confident in all aspects of studio management as well as be open to seamlessly integrating into all aspects of an architectural process. From client facing and new business, to contracts and invoicing, design reviews and minute taking. They will be joining the team on a permanent full time role with the potential of receiving commissions on new business as well as developing other forms of passive income and financial diversity for the studio and architectural brand. One key role will be working closely with Richard the studio director/owner in order to fine tune the studio structures that already exists as well as bringing in new ideas to make the client/designer interaction as professional and interesting as possible.

This is a dynamic studio which prides itself on being easy to work with and is looking for the right person to join the studio for the long term, implementing a sense of ownership over the progression of the studio and being able to develop alongside a hugely creative and diverse team. They must have excellent attention to detail, be able to assist in delivering unique design led architecture and interior projects, in both residential and commercial fields, and help the team to deliver the highest quality and craftsmanship through the studios whole appointment.

Experience:
