Johanna Molineus Architects is looking for an ambitious Part 2 architectural assistant to work on a variety of private residential, conservation and mixed-use projects.
Based in the heart of Soho, you will be part of an open and dynamic team working on a diverse range of projects. At Johanna Molineus Architects, you will have the opportunity to grow with the practice.

We work with private clients as well as national and private establishments. To date, our portfolio includes projects in the UK, France, Germany and the Middle East.
The full-time role includes:
- assisting with projects throughout RIBA work stages from concept design to on-site delivery
- coordinating and working closely with consultant teams
- organising preparation of presentations and planning, tender and construction packages
- on-site liaising with contractor, professional team and monitoring of progress against design
The preferred candidate will:
- be a RIBA Part II qualified architectural assistant
- be proficient in Vectorworks, SketchUp and the Adobe suite
- any industry-specific experience required e.g. conservation, refurbishment of historical buildings?
- have experience working in practice (ideally across all RIBA work stages)
- have good design and detailing skills
- have good written and communication skills
