Experienced interior architect

Anouska Hempel is looking for an immediate start interior architect to join its team in west London.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work hands-on with world-renowned British designer, recognised for her constant innovation and extraordinary detailing. The studio combines architecture, furniture, interior, exterior, haute-couture, and product design to create breath-taking spaces.
Role requirements:
- a minimum of five years of experience across all RIBA work stages as an interior architect
- site experience required
- ability to deliver fully detailed interior design packages with technical design knowledge for interior/architectural elements, bathrooms, bespoke joinery as well as FF&E
- experience in FF&E design, sourcing, coordination, and scheduling experience in commenting on contractor’s shop drawings and specifications
- confidence in liaising with outside suppliers, contractors and specialists
- prove ability to fully owning project deliverables
- knowledge of UK planning, listed building and building control procedure is beneficial
- highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite (in particular Photoshop and InDesign)
- able to produce 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp. (VRay is an advantage)
- professional experience in high-end residential and hospitality with understanding of custom design processes
- strong organisational and communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
Immediate start is essential.
