Claremont Fan Court School is seeking an architectural technician to join its team in Esher, UK.
Fixed term, one year maternity cover contract, from early August 2021
Claremont Fan Court School is a co-educational independent day school for children aged from 2½ to 18 years. The school is set in 99 acres of historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate in Esher, Surrey.
A full time architectural technician is required in early August, on a fixed term, one year maternity cover contract. The architectural technician will primarily be required to produce detailed CAD drawings of the school site, including existing and new buildings, and to create a record of all site services. They will also manage small projects in regard to school refurbishment and construction and support the estate manager in the management of larger development projects.
The successful applicant will be a creative, motivated and organised. The role is ideal for a newly qualified technician that wants to learn and develop within the educational sector or for a more experienced individual looking for a new challenge in a unique environment.
