Cohen Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in Kent, UK.
Cohen Architects are a RIBA chartered practice based in the historic dockyard, Kent and are looking to grow the team with an experienced Part III Architect to run projects.
Cohen Architects is a multi-disciplinary practice that predominantly works within the retail, office, and residential sectors over the full range of RIBA stages 0-7.
Our practice forms part of Cohen Group Limited that are specialist fit-out and refurbishment principle contractors and developers.
Cohen Architects are in partnership with Cohen Group and have secured a number of exciting residential and commercial projects in the south east and London recently and are therefore looking to grow the team.
We are looking for a talented and driven post-Part 3 architect with minimum two years’ UK experience ideally working on both residential and commercial projects. Experience within the Retail sector would be an advantage and candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, be hard working with a can-do attitude and be happy to take ownership and direction on projects.
Role and responsibilities:
- work through all RIBA stages of work
- work within a team where clear communication is key
- ·report to directors
- required skills and experience
- qualified to RIBA Part 3 level
- a minimum of two years in professional practice within the UK
- use AutoCAD to a high standard on a daily basis
- high quality 3d skills
- knowledge of BIM
- experience working on residential and commercial projects
- comfortable working to deadlines on multiple projects within a team
- sound technical ability
- proficient English both written and oral and eligible to work in the UK
Salary: £30,000 – £39,000
