Mid-weight interior designer
at Angus Reid Projects
Angus Reid Projects is seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
Key responsibilities:
- client presentations including mood boards, 2D drawings, materials and sample boards
- researching and specifying finishes
- sourcing furniture, including antiques
- designing bespoke joinery and furniture
- joinery drawings and packages
- 2D drawings for construction
- lighting and electrical design and drawings
- managing procurement and FF&E schedules and budgets
- on site management and delivery of projects
Skills and experience:
- a relevant professional qualification in interior design or interior architecture
- a minimum of three years’ experience working in high-end residential interior design
- AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Studio Designer a plus
- Microsoft Office suite
- SketchUp would be a bonus
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- able to work across multiple projects assisting the senior designers, and manage projects from concept through to completion.
