The Manser Practice is hiring Part 1 and 2 architectural assistants to join their team in London.

We are looking for Part 1 Part 2 architectural assistants to join our long established, award winning team in Hammersmith, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a practice with opportunities for career development and the chance to be involved with large scale, challenging projects working across all sectors in the UK and abroad.

Part 1 applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• strong design and presentation skills
• be able to demonstrate some technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
• excellent spoken and written English
• ability to work independently and in teams
• good organisational and time management skills
• be readily available to work in the UK in our Hammersmith office

Part 2 applicants should be able to demonstrate all of the above plus:

• familiarity with UK building regulations and the UK planning system
• experience working on projects from RIBA Stages 3/4 to completion
• Be able to demonstrate on-site experience
• an ability to coordinate and produce high quality technical information
• previous experience & involvement with large scale residential projects is desirable
• software skills – Microstation preferred, Adobe Suite/Revit Architecture is a plus
