Michael Anastassiades is seeking a customer service coordinator/post-sales support to join its team in London.
Michael Anastassiades is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented customer service coordinator/post-sales support to join the sales team at our London studio. The company create high-end lighting for the architecture and design industry, working closely with different designers and HNWI.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- day-to-day communication and service for MA clients (B2B and B2C)
- provide VIP level service to clients at all times
- coordination of projects and daily close contact with MA warehouse
- coordinating installation assistance with MA Studio and end-user client
- tracking, handling and optimisation of claims
- manage after-sales customer enquiries
- post sales follow up
- being the go-to problem solver to clients with their orders, providing any aftercare needed and communicating the action needed back to the appropriate department/team
- assisting with showroom client visits when the sales manager is not able to attend, providing excellent service whilst being able to speak on the products in a consultative manner (training on the lighting and technical elements will be provided)
Desired qualifications:
- one plus year of commercial experience with logistics and operations
- knowledge and interest in providing positive customer experiences
- confident in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
- ability to work in internal tracking and organisation systems
- a cool, calm collected approach with the ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- a proactive attitude that always looks for improvements
- a good sense of humour with the ability to handle demanding situations
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
