David Chipperfield Architects is hiring several Part 3 architects to join its team in London.

We are always interested in hearing from talented architects.  We are looking for those special few who are dedicated to creating great architecture, who are self-starters with team spirit and importantly who share our creative ambitions and passion for sustainability. For this vacancy you will need to be post Part 3 UK equivalent have between four and seven  years’ of work experience post-masters (not including internships or Part 1) and have experience managing a package/area of a medium-large size project.

This role is for qualified architects with a masters degree in architecture.

Key responsibilities

You will have responsibility to oversee a package of work for a medium or large size project, and be familiar with drawing package issue and ideally have experience delegating work to others.  You will work as a part of team to deliver design driven architectural projects.  This will include producing drawings, making models, leading architectural design and production.

Skills, knowledge and expertise

You will need to have experience working on international projects from planning to completion, a recognised UK Part 3 or equivalent degree qualification, an exceptional academic and career record, an impressive portfolio displaying strong design skills, be confident, organised and pro-active, have the ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly and be fluent in English.

Skills required

Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Modelmaking and Sketching.  This role is appropriate for graduate candidates with four to seven years of post masters work experience.
