Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects is hiring architects to join its team in London.
We are an award-winning design lead practice based in Shoreditch, London. We specialise in residential and mixed-use schemes ranging from small to large-scale developments for both public and private sector clients.
We are looking for talented architects to join our office-based team. The successful candidates must be motivated, with excellent graphic and good communication skills when dealing with clients, statutory authorities, other consultants and contractors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects so must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities across all RIBA work stages.
Requirements:
minimum of three years’ post-Part 3 UK experience
good design skills required with excellent graphic presentation
job running experience (or a track record that shows you could moved up to this level), including client management
self-motivated with a collaborative team player approach
excellent English both written and verbal
