Artemest is seeking a trade B2B sales associate to join its team in New York.

To enhance its team, Artemest is seeking a passionate and experienced trade (B2B) sales associate to drive substantial revenue growth in North America amongst the architectural and interior design communities focused on luxury residential market. The position is based in NYC and will cover accounts in North America.

Key responsibilities:

  • drive revenue growth within luxury residential sector in North America
    network with the design community in NYC/North America and build strong relationships with key industry figures
  • promote our assortment of 1200 producers and 50,000 products
  • proactively research and acquire new members for Artemest trade program
  • generate strong sales whilst guaranteeing exceptional levels of customer experience, assisted by head office customer service and project management teams
  • to give face-to-face and telephone tutorials to the design community on Artemest unique product assortment, services, customization opportunities, and general value propositions
  • conversion and reengagement of existing non transactional trade members
  • represent Artemest at key industry events

What we are looking for:

  • two to three years’ experience in a sales position within design/luxury manufacturer, luxury retailer, e-commerce/online marketplace or design/art gallery
  • good knowledge of the interior design industry
  • strong ability to communicate clearly with the design community
  • exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm in interacting with people
  • highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury products
