Jo Cowen Architects is seeking a residential architect to join its team in London.
Jo Cowen Architects is an award winning architectural practice with an experienced team of architects and designers based in Chelsea. We are looking for an architect with strong experience in the prime residential market who wants to be part of our busy and expanding team and who seeks real growth for their careers.
We are seeking an architect position with prime residential and contract administration experience.
Skills required:
- proven track record across all RIBA work stages, on traditionally procured projects
- experience with central London planning authorities preferable
- client facing position, therefore good communication skills are essential
- ability to oversee multiple projects
- Microstation preferable, not essential
- solid understanding of construction detailing (including with existing buildings)
Salary level will be dependent on experience of the applicant.
