Whitespace Architects is seeking a design architect t0 join its team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- create and design concept in line with clients vision and parameters
- strong conceptual design with an eye for design
- develop and present project proposals
- develop concept design with knowledge through to completion
- lead and liaise with other designers and engineers to develop designs in house
- create drawings, 3D models and presentation material for design presentations
- good verbal /written communication and organisational skills
Experience:
- eight to ten years’ experience in unique and innovative building concept design with an established
- international design consultancy
- experience in residential sector is a must
- experience in masterplan and urban development will be considered an added advantage
- GCC experience is not a must
