Household is hiring a marketing manager to join its team in London.

Household is an award-winning brand experience design agency and specialist in retail and hospitality. We deliver transformation for global brands through enhanced journey design and immersive physical and digital experiences.

We are currently looking for a driven and inspiring marketing manager to join our team. This role is focused on creating and executing the full marketing strategy.  You will lead marketing campaigns and events, evaluate their performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

You will amplify Household’s work and thought leadership through digital and social channels, trade and business press/awards, and coordinate all lead generation and email campaigns to generate inbound leads.

You will manage all Household project captures, photoshoots, and manage our credentials showcase across digital channels, and direct to prospects/existing clients.

You will have creative agency experience and knowledge of retail and hospitality sectors and design.  You will share our pride, energy, and ambition to continue the journey towards making Household ‘world-famous’ by working with internal teams to create and manage distinct and memorable content.

Responsibilities:

  • develop and execute the marketing and communications plan working closely with the CEO, MD and strategy director
  • manage all business and social channels and published content in line with the plan and calendar
  • inform clients and prospects of new work, products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • work with internal teams to ensure alignment and translation of insights and creative design innovation into marketing content and mailers, editing appropriately to make copy channel-savvy
  • manage capture of projects, photo shoots and written case study versions for website and presentations, building a clear POV on each project
  • continually improve Household’s SEO, Google search and methods of raising Household’s profile
  • plan and write award entries and support on new business creds and pitch decks
  • manage all the elements to create successful podcasts, from planning and scripting with directors, to working with relevant production, recording, editing teams
  • manage CRM and contact database, implementing marketing automation software and ongoing best practice KIT methods
  • track performance of all marketing campaign activity reporting progress to CEO, MD and SD
  • reports to strategy director

Profile:

  • degree educated ideally with CIM qualifications
  • four plus years’ experience in a marketing role
  • ability to multi-task and develop creative ideas
  • strong written, verbal and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • a proactive approach to taking on diverse challenges and help find creative solutions
  • excellent all-round knowledge of marketing mix (on and offline/social media)
  • ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm outlook
  • experience of working as part of a team
  • a personable and professional character that will allow you to build rapport with clients and journalists
