L.Ercolani (Ercol Furniture) is seeking a digital marketing coordinator to join its team in Buckinghamshire, UK.

Would you like to join a 101 year old family run business, Ercol Furniture, as it starts an exciting new era launching the new luxury design brand, L.Ercolani.  The digital presence and profile of the brand on its new website and over its social media profiles will be an integral part as we establish the brand in the UK and throughout the world. The new role will give the opportunity to come in at the beginning of this exciting journey and to be able to grow with the brand, work with an expert team of creatives and designers and make something special.

The position

L.Ercolani is looking for a digital marketing coordinator who will look to use the launch of the new brand with all its new content to amplify the engagement with the new website and to build on our social media presences, organically and paid.

In close collaboration with the brand director and external creative director, as well as remote colleagues across the globe, you will ensure that all campaigns and brand content are set up in a way that is aesthetic, aligned with the objective and converting based on set targets.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of all social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn:

  • working closely with brand director and the external creative director to execute the proposed campaigns
  • sourcing additional content
  • monitoring and engaging in platform activity and trends
  • create new opportunities on different platforms (Pinterest etc.)
  • maintaining consistent content and voice
  • updating through scheduling platforms
  • manage followers and following
  • monthly social media analytics report

Day to day management of the new L.Ercolani website:

  • align the content and development for launches and sales campaigns
  • create new content, focused around; articles for the journal, new contract or residential projects, additional designer profiles or new collaborations
  • SEO – working with existing SEO partners, to optimising website content for search engines across strategic markets, ensuring that we improve organic rank and grow on all relevant metrics

General:

  • help to develop a long term plan in paid advertising: (Instagram/SEM) – to execute alongside the growth of the new transactional website in strategic markets
  • optimise and develop user experience based on defined customer journeys for residential or contract visitors
  • maintain bank of images/content for website and social media use
  • create and send B2B and B2C newsletters in Mailchimp for strategic regional markets

Your profile

You have a great passion for digital media marketing, design, and are up to date with luxury and premium lifestyle brands. You are curious to continue growing your knowledge and expertise in data driven curation, content curation and paid media marketing. You are an open minded and dynamic person who know the importance of cooperation and teamwork. You are very organised and have an attention to detail. You would be excited in coming in at the beginning of a new era for long established brand and want to grow with the business as we move into new areas and markets.

Qualifications:

  • one plus years’ experience working in a digital/social media position.
  • expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google – both organic and paid
  • a proficient knowledge of Facebook business manager and social media platforms for publishing, moderating, listening, reporting, benchmarking, and executing paid implementation
  • experience with marketing production and delivery within different projects and time frames
  • experience with content management, knowledge of website design and UX
  • planning and social media campaign management skills
  • planning and implementing strong B2C newsletter content and flows

  • analytical and data driven approach
  • you have good copywriting and communication skills

  • experience of collaborating with editorial publishers, social platforms and content creators
