Project architect
at Fatkin
Fatkin is looking for a project architect to join its team in London or Cardiff, UK.
You should be comfortable leading projects, managing junior staff and liaising with a broad range of clients, contractors and consultants. Our current workload is from RIBA one to six and across a range of scales and sectors including healthcare, housing, infrastructure and commercial, but healthcare sector experience would be of particular value for our current vacancy.
Essential requirements:
- AutoDesk Revit
- Adobe InDesign
- at least two years’ post-Part 3 experience (or equivalent level of experience in practice) across all RIBA stages
- experience of the UK planning system, building regulations and construction industry
- eligible to work in the UK
- fluent spoken and written English
- flexible, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Desirable requirements:
- experience in healthcare design and knowledge of HBN/HTM guidance
- experience of using NBS Chorus
- experience of using Photoshop and Enscape

Travel to sites around England & Wales is likely to be required.
