The role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects through all RIBA work stages and manage client relationships within our Architecture & Sustainability team.

Key responsibilities:

• lead architectural projects from conception to completion
• manage clients and multidisciplinary project teams
• produce and review planning, regulatory and construction information
• undertake site inspections and project meetings
• support compliance with CDM and Building Safety requirements
• manage programmes, fees and resources while promoting sustainable design solutions

About you:

• ARB registered architect with RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3
• significant post-qualification experience in the UK
• experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
• strong technical, specification and project leadership skills
• knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence
