Graft Brandlab is looking for a senior design architect to join its Berlin office.
Graft Brandlab is a multidisciplinary agency for brand innovation. We work with international clients at the intersection of architecture, interior design, graphic, innovation, strategy and communication. Our interdisciplinary team is looking for a passionate and talented Senior Architect with excellent 3D modelling skills and experience in designing innovative work environments to join us in our Berlin office.
Applicants should have a minimum of three to five years’ professional experience with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and curious, with a passion for innovation and ability to solve complex design challenges combining strategic thinking with great attention to detail.
Your core responsibilities include:
- developing unique and innovative architectural solutions for office, hospitality, culture and retail projects
- excellent organisation and time-management skills working across multiple projects
- achieving the highest quality standards in design and deliverables from conceptual exploration to building execution
- fluent communication in German and English with the client and members of the design team
- contributing to an open and collaborative working environment
Required skills/expertise:
- degree in architecture (M.Arch or equivalent)
- three to five years’ professional experience with a background in office projects and innovative work environments
- fluent in both 2D and 3D architectural CAD software (Rhino and AutoCAD) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- knowledge of additional CAD and render software (Grasshopper, V-Ray) is preferred but not a must
- excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
- good time management skills and proven ability to work to deadlines
