Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo is seeking a project manager to join its team in London.
Independent from the start and still firmly rooted in hospitality, WATG is a global multidisciplinary design firm attuned to the unique needs of destination design. Comprised of five collaborative studios—strategy, planning, architecture, landscape, and Wimberly Interiors—WATG has been designing landmark destinations since 1945, shaping timeless spaces and places that span the globe. We are a team of 400 creative professionals across three continents with offices in California, Honolulu, New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai.
The London office of WATG is hiring a project manager. This position will have a hybrid work schedule with days in the office and work from home days.
Summary of position
Five plus years of experience including managing hospitality/mixed use projects in Europe and/or Middle East. Must have experience in managing contracts and sub-consultants, coordination with engineers as well as managing deadlines.
Skills, qualifications and experience required:
- RIBA Part 2/3 qualification
- good experience designing mid-large size hospitality and/or mixed-use architectural projects
- good experience working with Revit required
- proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, and Enscape is a strong bonus
- proficiency with Adobe PhotoShop, and Indesign is essential
- presentation skills required and the ability to travel
- international project experience required
