Interior designer
ADC Atelier is seeking an interior designer to join its team Barcelona, Spain.
ADC Atelier are currently hiring junior to mid-level interior designers to join our young dynamic team. Founded by Aaron David Clarke, formally the senior director at Soho House and Martin Brudzinski Design Studio, the studio specialises in high-end residential and hospitality design. We have numerous high profile hospitality projects in LA, Poland, India and Dubai.
Founded in May 2021, our studio is based in Sant Cugat in Barcelona and consists of a small, intimate group of designers that focus on creativity and growth. We are looking for several full time interior designers to join this expanding team, who can demonstrate the willingness to grow and develop.
Candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- production of GA plans, elevations and sections
- sourcing FF&E (fixtures, furniture and equipment)
- production of all FF&E schedules
- support the creative director with design and conceptual input throughout all phases of a project
- assist the project lead in daily management of all the projects phases general duties
- production of GA plans, elevations and sections
- production of construction drawing packages, including, not exclusive to architectural details, millwork and furniture detailing
- constant communication with on-site construction teams, suppliers, fabricators, and vendors
- this post may include travel to our international projects
Requirements for this position include:
- high proficiency in both AutoCAD
- high proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- knowledge of SketchUp preferred but not essential
- knowledge of FF&E sources for residential and hospitality projects
- proficient in both written and spoken English (all our clients are international)
- full-time, and can attend the office three days a week/two days a week to work remotely
