Technician/architect or Part 2 architectural assistant

Wellstudio Architecture is seeking a technician/architect or Part 2 architectural assistant on a freelance or part-time basis, to join its team in London.
Wellstudio Architecture, a practice passionate about designing buildings which support mental and physical wellbeing, based in Elephant & Castle, London, is looking for a part time technician, architect or Part 2 architectural assistant with three plus years’ experience in private residential work including managing projects on-site, to complement its young and growing team. Experience of co-living or purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) would also be useful as we are expanding in this area.
Attributes required:
- a passion for creating architecture which supports wellbeing, community and sustainability
- three plus years experience of working in Revit, including the production of technical drawing information
- good working knowledge of the UK building regulations
- some experience of managing projects on-site
- excellent English language skills
We are looking for someone who is capable of assuming responsibility for projects and has a clear ambition to grow with the practice
