Mid/senior pitch designer

Niche Projects London is seeking a mid to senior pitch designer for office interiors to join its team in London.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Mid-weight workplace pitch designer to join our growing team at Niche Projects and form part of our exciting future.
Niche Projects is London’s leading small works design and build specialist, focusing on workplace design and refurbishment projects.
We need someone dedicated, proactive, articulate and approachable who is used to working to tight deadlines.
You will be required to attend site meetings during project installations, liaising with clients, project management, subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- minimum of three years’ experience in workplace design
- relevant experience from concept to completion, including pitching alongside the project director
- a strong background in pitching for workplace interiors/design and build
- must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office applications, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- confident, well-spoken and friendly with excellent communication skills
- self-motivated & detail orientated
- ability to work well under pressure, manage your own time & meet deadlines
- we’re looking for someone with existing experience within a similar role in our industry in the UK
- knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
- this is a full time, permanent role that is office-based and you’ll be required to commute on a daily basis
