Ceraudo is looking for a customer service and operations assistant to join its in London.

Ceraudo is seeking an experienced customer service and operations assistant to join their team. Reporting to both founders, you will form an integral part of the team as administrative support taking responsibility for a range of activities to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of this young, fast-paced start up.

The successful candidate must be able to coordinate a range of tasks efficiently with initiative and enthusiasm. High level of attention to detail is absolute must.

Sales and customer liaison:

  • respond to all customer enquiries within three hours
  • raise invoices for orders placed via email
  • approve trade accounts and email welcome/confirmation
  • track order through from our inventory system to shipping route
  • update customer on delivery timings, tracking info etc.
  • process returns – arrange return delivery, put back into stock
  • help brainstorm ways to drive more sales
  • managing all incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and couriers

Stock processing:

  • liaising with image retoucher to ensure we have the right images for the right products and they have been retouched as per the brief
  • uploading imagery and stock details to website
  • occasional trips to our warehouse to do stock takes or review returned stock

Website admin:

  • track all orders in our inventory system and process accordingly
  • user experience testing to create actions for our web team and encourage higher conversions
  • updating homepage imagery to keep things fresh/interesting
  • ensure new arrivals always first on each category

Accounting:

  • check order payments and confirm receipt to customer
  • weekly check in with our bookkeeper to help provide records of payments for reconciliation

General:

  • helping with various requests from the founders
  • assist photoshoots
  • assist events
  • assist with press requests

Essential experience and skills:

  • two to three years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally within the design industries
  • strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • very polite telephone, email and client facing manner
  • confident, friendly and proactive
  • able to work independently without supervision
  • numerate and analytical with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office essential. Some experience with Xero (or other accounting/expenses software). Adobe InDesign and Photoshop knowledge highly preferable, but not essential

Working hours

Full-time: 8-5pm or 9-6pm

Location

TBC – we have been working remotely however upon the new position start date, we will work as a team until fully trained and confident with the day-to-day tasks, and the switch to a mix of WFH and at a central workplace.
