These White Walls is hiring a senior designer to join its team in London or Brighton, UK.
The role
TWW is opening up an opportunity for an ambitious and talented senior designer with a minimum of six years’ experience in the luxury sector to work on high-end interior design projects as part of a growing team based in London.
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role that involves managing designers across a selection of projects (both national and international), where you will be fully involved at all stages – from concept to site coordination, to completion.
You will work closely with the director and ensure the smooth running of the studio on a day-to-day basis as well as working dynamically on live projects becoming part of the studio’s expansion.

These White Walls is a luxury-led and concept-driven studio based in London and working globally. The studio explores the potential for narrative, materials and artistry to establish unique experiences, creating beautifully crafted, bespoke interiors for the luxury hospitality and residential sectors. The work responds to the question, how can we live more beautifully?
Your experience:
- six plus years’ experience working for a high-end luxury interiors studio
- full fluency working across Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD and SketchUp
- confident with project management programmes (Asana or Monday, or equivalent) with relevant experience leading teams from concept to completion
- an excellent understanding of fabrication and construction detailing and the experience to finesse technical details
- valid experience managing teams and projects within a luxury interiors environment from concept to completion
You are:
- an outstanding communicator, who can confidently navigate new and challenging negotiations between contractors, managers, and clients with a calm diplomacy, and do so both verbally and in writing
- a quick thinker who always comes back with solutions
- an experienced manager and project planner, comfortable running a small team of designers across a selection of projects that meet varying deadlines
- confident in getting into all aspects of a project – from creating beautiful inspiring presentations, to scrutinising the technical details of drawing packs, to troubleshooting design solutions on site and liaising with the client to report back on progress throughout
- a passionate individual with a sharp eye for detail, an intuitive design sensibility and a passion for creating beauty in your work
- fully vaccinated against Covid with a willingness to travel for work
