Architectural designers
UNstudio has an opportunity for architectural designers to join its team in Amsterdam.
As an international architectural firm, UNStudio is active in the broadest fields of architecture. We have projects in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and the Middle East. Our project portfolio covers every aspect of architecture and design, ranging from small to large-scale projects, research and theory. At UNStudio, we strive to make a significant contribution to the discipline of architecture, to continue to develop our qualities with respect to design, technology, knowledge and management, and to be a specialist in public network projects.
For several international projects, we are looking for architectural designers for immediate start.
As an architectural designer, you are able to work independently on parts of the design in all project phases and you will work in a team under supervision or the project leader.
What we ask from you:
– a master’s degree in architecture
– zero-five years’ experience as an architectural designer
– excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
– reasonable good technical understanding and detailing skills
– interested in, and able to adjust innovative techniques, materials, design- and building methods
– basic knowledge of mayor software packages like AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM and Scripting etc.
– knowledge of Revit is a pro
– good knowledge of English both spoken and written
– a good team player, good communicator and a pro-active attitude
