Skills and experience
The ideal designer should be an excellent creative mind, with the ability to translate creative solutions into beautifully crafted pieces of work.
They must have a strong knowledge of retail design and have the ability to work across residential and commercial projects.
You should have fantastic planning and layout skills and be able to development detailed interior designs and concepts.
Other skills will include:
- multi-disciplined and is comfortable working with a variety clients
- can work multiple projects at the same time
- strong hand sketching skills, working knowledge of 3D software
- confidence in talking through and defending ideas
- familiarity with construction techniques
- production of inspiration and mood boards
Your skills and personal qualities:
- academic knowledge in interior design, architecture or design
- excellent spoken and written English and conversational German language skills
- good IT skills
- good organizational skills – to ensure projects are completed on time
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- flexibility and precision
- must have valid EU working permits and driving license
