Nordic – Office of Architecture is hiring a junior urban designer to join its team in Oslo, Norway.
Nordic – Office of Architecture is seeking a talented and engaged junior urban designer to join our studio in Oslo. You will be working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the development of design within a wider team.

- excellent concept design and visualisation skills
- ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team in a multi-disciplinary environment
- ability to prepare, develop and edit relevant project documentation as they relate to the project: reports, drawings, models etc.
- strong organisational and time management skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high-quality output, whilst demonstrating a positive attitude
- ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- proactive, self-motivated and open to new ways of working
Experience and qualifications:
- professional degree in urban design, landscape and/or architecture
- three to five years professional experience in architecture and/or urban design from a multi-disciplinary design environment
- experience working on small and/or large-scale urban design/master planning projects is a plus
- excellent communication and graphical skills in early-stage projects. An understanding and appreciation of our design method is crucial
- fluent in English – spoken and written, basic knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
- strong ability with Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are a must), Grasshopper is a plus
