CAD designer/technician
Hubert Zandberg Interiors is looking for a CAD designer/technician to join its team in London.
Hubert Zandberg Interiors is seeking a full time CAD designer/technician who will work on a range of UK and International based residential projects, mainly executing the interior design drawing package, with GAs, electrical and lighting layouts, detailed internal elevations including bathrooms and detailed joinery drawings for production. A good knowledge of interior design detailing would be required.
Responsibilities:
– creating detailed technical drawing package for design intent, construction and production drawings
– liaising directly with clients and contractors to ensure timely execution of projects
– schematics and schedules
Requirements:
– minimum three years of experience working in the interior design field with relevant qualifications
– ability to understand drawings and design materials and have a good understanding of construction detailing and building sequencing
– proficient in AutoCAD (must), Adobe Photoshop and Sketchup
– good organisation skills and time management
– willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
– strong written and verbal communication skills
– resourceful and efficient problem solving skills
– ability to work 40+ hours a week in a fast paced environment
